Stylin Stix Studio™ will complete each order to your specifications. Color and font choices are completed by the Studio. Please carefully verify all personalized information to be printed. All orders will be printed as specified on the order form submitted. Stylin Stix Studio™will not be responsible for any spelling or grammar mistakes that are made on the order form. If an order has gone into production and has been printed, there will be a fee assessed to reprint the order. If you discover a mistake, contact the studio immediately with appropriate changes.
Personalized products are non-returnable due to the personal nature of the product. Stylin Stix Studio™ expects customer satisfaction with every order. In the rare instance an order is misprinted (mistake on our part) we will gladly replace your order in a timely manner with no extra charge. Contact the Studio within 14 days of receipt of product if there is a problem. After 14 days, Studio will not replace product free of charge. You must return your misprinted items before a new order will be reprinted.
Stylin Stix Studio™ typically completes orders in 1-2 weeks, depending on the size of the order and peak season. If you need your product sooner, you may place a Rush order which will cost an additional $20. We reserve the right to discontinue Rush service during the busy peak season, which is typically October through December.
Any changes made to a graphic choice will require a $8 alteration fee. Stylin Stix Studio™ reserves the right as to which graphic changes are possible.
Stylin Stix Studio™ graphic designs have been created by Artist/Owner Kymberlee Ruffo. Each graphic design is copyrighted through the Library of Congress and protected under the United States and International Copyright laws. It is unlawful to copy, transmit, print, or distribute any artwork without the written consent of Stylin Stix Studio™. We reserve the right to make changes at anytime to graphics and products/pricing.
